This free online discussion will look at some of the issues pertaining to actors in relation to mental health in today’s world. This will be an honest, open and safe space where questions/ideas sharing will be welcomed. We will look at comparison, rejection, ways to combat audition anxiety, staying motivated, mindfulness, emotional awareness and the support available.

We are thrilled to partner with MINDING CREATIVE MINDS for this session which will be led by Ann Marie Shields from Minding Creative Minds and Sarah Hone, Associate Artistic Director Bow Street, Creative Arts Psychotherapist and group facilitator.

This workshop is limited to 100 people and will not be recorded.
