“People in performing arts twice as likely to have depression” – 2022 Equity review
This free online discussion will look at some of the issues pertaining to actors in relation to mental health in today’s world. This will be an honest, open and safe space where questions/ideas sharing will be welcomed. We will look at comparison, rejection, ways to combat audition anxiety, staying motivated, mindfulness, emotional awareness and the support available.
This will be led by Sarah Hone, Associate Artistic Director Bow Street, Creative Arts Psychotherapist and group facilitator.
This workshop is limited to 100 people and will not be recorded.
