RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR  JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a suitably qualified receptionist/ administrator. If you are the person we’re looking for, you will be friendly, confident, reliable, responsive and a very fast learner. We consider administration to be a pivotal role in our company so please do not apply unless you have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced office.  Working Hours are Mon-Fri 9.15am – 5.30pm

YOU MUST BE:

  • Organised, efficient, punctual, proactive and enthusiastic about what you do
  • Warm and welcoming  (we love big smiles)
  • You should have pride in your work and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flair for multi-tasking as the role is demanding
  • Excellent IT skills as we use a range of software packages

THE WORK WILL INVOLVE:

  • Opening up the building
  • Being the first point of contact for service users, students and guests to the building
  • Managing Front of House
  • Scheduling auditions/ interviews
  • Day to day administration related to courses and student applications
  • Managing reception including answering phone calls & responding to emails
  • Arranging appointments and drafting documents
  • Providing secretarial support to General Manager
  • Maintenance of databases, filing and other data resources relating to students and staff
  • Coordinate bookings
  • Assist pupils with their occasional enquiries
  • Organising diary appointments
  • All other general office/admin duties

WEB DESIGNER  JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for someone to work with us expanding our web design and platform capabilities.

This is a short term position, ideally with someone with experience in Digital Skills including WordPress.
